KUPWARA: District Administration Kupwara today launched Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 at a function held in the Meeting Hall of the District Commissioner’s Office Complex, Kupwara.
The campaign was inaugurated by the District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, in the presence of senior district officers including ADDC Kupwara, Mufti Fareed u Din; Programme Officer ICDS, Yaar Ali Khan; ACR Kupwara; CPO; ACD; CEO; DIO; CMO and other concerned officials.
The Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 campaign aims to achieve complete saturation of identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the Aspirational District Kupwara and Aspirational Block Keran. The campaign will run until April 14, 2026, with a focus on time-bound achievement of development benchmarks in the sectors of health, nutrition, education, and agriculture under the Aspirational District Programme (ADP) and Aspirational Block Programme (ABP).
Addressing the gathering, the DDC emphasized the importance of dedicated efforts with action plan to meet the campaign’s objectives within the stipulated timeframe. He directed all District Officers to visit Aspirational Block Keran at least once every month to closely monitor progress and accelerate the achievement of KPIs on the ground.
The DDC further highlighted that effective implementation of the campaign would significantly contribute to improving service delivery and overall socio-economic development in the targeted areas.
On the occasion, an Aspirational Pledge was administered, wherein all participants committed themselves to working collectively and diligently towards achieving the targets set under Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0.
