SRINAGAR: K. Skandan, Advisor to Governor, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Advisor briefed Governor about the functioning of the Departments under his responsibility and apprised him about various issues of urgent administrative importance.
During discussions, Governor stressed time bound disposal of files and grievances of people and making administrative machinery work efficiently and in a fair and transparent manner.
