PULWAMA: Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), Pulwama successfully concluded two batches of Management Development Programmes (MDPs) under the RAMP initiative at the NRLM Centre, Tral.
The programmes witnessed the participation of 42 female entrepreneurs, who were imparted structured training to enhance their entrepreneurial skills and strengthen their business capabilities.
The valedictory ceremony was attended by Nafia Nazir, Range Officer, South Kashmir, who also served as the reviewer of the programmes. While interacting with the participants, she lauded their active involvement and enthusiasm, and encouraged them to effectively utilize the knowledge gained for establishing sustainable and growth-oriented enterprises.
Raiyees Manzoor, District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Pulwama, was also present on the occasion. He highlighted the significance of such capacity-building initiatives in promoting entrepreneurship and empowering women at the grassroots level, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas.
The JKEDI course team was present during the valedictory function and provided continuous academic and mentoring support throughout the training period. The participants expressed their gratitude to the course team and JKEDI for their guidance, support, and efforts in organizing the programmes successfully.
