BANDIPORA: The Department of Employment and Career Counseling (DE&CC) Bandipora, in collaboration with leading employers Sunday organized day long Job Fair cum Placement drive.
The event aimed to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers, providing an opportunity for aspiring individuals to secure meaningful employment.
The Job Fair cum Placement drive, attracted a diverse range of job seekers from various academic backgrounds and skill sets. The event witnessed an overwhelming response from both job seekers and employers, fostering a platform for productive interactions, interviews, and potential job placements.
The delegation of employer Naima Yousuf (MD) from Dr Suliman AL Habib Medical group and visiting Delegates also spoke about the avenues in private sector.
Throughout the day, participants engaged in informative sessions and career development. These sessions were conducted by industry experts and career counselors, providing valuable guidance to the attendees to enhance their employability. Job seekers had the opportunity to showcase their skills, qualifications, and experiences to potential employers, enabling them to make informed hiring decisions.
The Job Fair cum Placement drive witnessed the active participation of numerous organizations from different sectors including the students of all Paramedical college of District Bandipora.
Placement of female GNM and Staff Nurses in Dr Suliman Al Habib Medical Group through AL Yafur Travels Consultancy was also taken into consideration on the occasion.
