PULWAMA: The government forces launched a cordon and search operation in Sambora village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday.
A police official said that 50 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF laid a siege around Samboora village and launched door to door searches.
“The operation was launched following a tip-off about the presence of militants in the area,” he said.
