UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Indu Kanwal Chib today said that the District Administration is open to any kind of suggestion(s) and observation from the general public with regard to execution of the prestigious Devika project.
The District Administration has established Devika helpline number: 01992-2278844 and generated Email Id: [email protected] for general public and the people can share their suggestions and observation regarding Devika project, the DC said while briefing the media about the execution and progress of the project.
“For Devika project, the District Administration would like everyone living in Udhampur to contribute and share her/his suggestions and Observations,” the DC said.
While sharing details about the prestigious project, she stated that the project was sanctioned at an estimated cost of Rs 186.74 crore under National River Conservation Plan (NRCP) by the Government of India. She informed that the ongoing construction work of this project was started in January 2019.
