UDHAMPUR: To review the functioning of the revenue department, Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Sachin Kumar Vaishy today convened a meeting of the revenue officers and field functionaries of the department here in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Joginder Singh Jasrotia; Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ramnagar, Shishir Gupta; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rafiq Ahmad Jaral; SDM, Parvaiz Naik, all Tehsildars attended the meeting.
Threadbare discussions were held on the issues which inter alia included writing of pending Jamabandies, status of attestation of mutations, removal of encroachments on the state land etc and usage of vacant Government buildings.
The DC directed the concerned to complete the writing and updation of Jamabandies and quality check of revenue records as per the targets. He exhorted the officers and field functionaries to work as a team to achieve better results and quality public services delivery. He asked for regular field touring by all Revenue Officers and field functionaries and submission of tour dairies.
