POONCH: Deputy Commissioner, Ashok Kumar Sharma today visited Chandak Tehsil to inspect and review the progress of digitisation of revenue records.
The Deputy Commissioner conducted a comprehensive assessment of the ongoing digitisation process and examined the status of land records being digitised in the Tehsil. He directed officers to complete the remaining digitisation work in a time-bound manner and ensure thorough verification and validation before finalising the records. He also interacted with the public, listened to their grievances related to revenue records and issued on-the-spot directions for their redressal.
Similar digitisation reviews were conducted in other tehsils of the district, where Additional Deputy Commissioners, Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Assistant Commissioner Revenue and other concerned officers, along with revenue teams reviewed the progress and addressed public concerns.
