KATHUA: A condolence meeting was held today at the DC Office Complex Kathua under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Sharma to mourn the sudden demise of Deputy District Election Officer (Dy DEO) Samba Sunil Angral.
The Deputy Commissioner and officers present observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul and prayed for eternal peace. The DC expressed profound grief over the untimely demise and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner described the late officer as a dedicated and sincere public servant. He said that the sudden loss has left a void which would be difficult to fill.
The officers present also expressed condolences and remembered the deceased for his professionalism, integrity and humane approach.
The District Administration Kathua extended its deepest sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for strength and courage to them to bear this irreparable loss.
