AWANTIPORA: A bank guard on Thursday fired few rounds after noticing suspicious movement near the branch in Noorpora area of Awantipora in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Superintendent of police Awantipora, Mohammed Zahid Malik said the security guard posted at Noorpora branch of J&K bank fired few rounds in the air after noticing suspicious movement.
No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident, he said, adding that a police party was sent to the spot.
