KUPWARA: The District Administration Kupwara today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress of resolution of grievances on JKIGRAM in Kupwara district.
In this connection, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Kupwara, Altaf Ahmad Khan, who is also Nodal Officer for JKIGRAM Kupwara today, directed all Officers to ensure speedy disposal of pending grievances.
He asked them that LG Administration is particular about it and there are directions from Deputy Commissioner Kupwara that all pending grievances should be resolved within a day with quality disposal. He also directed them to reply to all grievances on the same day and upload the reply on Portal the same day.
Earlier, the ADDC took department wise review of grievances on JKIGRAM and received feedback from the officers.
He was informed that most of the departments have only one pendency while only three departments are still piling up the grievances. He directed them to speed up the resolution progress and submit the report.
CMO, ARTI, EO-MC and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
