BARAMULLA: Atul Kumar Goel IPS has taken over as DIG North Kashmir Police Range. He is 2004 IPS officer.
He has had very important postings like SDPO R.S Pora and SDPO Kothibagh, SP South city Srinagar, SP Kathua and SSP Jammu. He has also served in NIA and has handled very high profile cases of terror crime.
