KULGAM: District Administration Kulgam today organized the Commemoration of Vande Mataram–National Song (Phase II), with a mega function held at the Auditorium Hall of DC Office Kulgam.
The programme commenced with the playing of the National Anthem, followed by the National Song, Vande Mataram, evoking a strong sense of patriotism among the participants.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kulgam, Viqar Ahmad Giri, while addressing the gathering, highlighted the historical background and enduring relevance of Vande Mataram in strengthening the spirit of nationalism and unity.
