JAMMU: The Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu today kickstarted the Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 campaign with a solemn Integrity Pledge by all officers and officials of the Directorate.
The pledge was taken under the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”. The observance will continue from October 27 to November 2, 2025 with a series of activities aimed at promoting transparency and accountability.
The pledge ceremony was led by Anil Gupta, Director Agriculture Jammu and attended by Sanjay Anand, Joint Director Agriculture (Extension), Dr. Aman Jyoti Sharma, Joint Director Agriculture (SLUB/Farms), Sanjeev Rai Gupta, Deputy Director Agriculture (Central), along with all sectoral heads, senior officers and staff of the Department. All officers and employees reaffirmed their commitment to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and accountability in public service.
The department has planned a series of activities during the week-long campaign across all districts of Jammu Division, including sensitization programmes, awareness camps and dissemination of messages promoting vigilance and good governance among employees and farmers alike.
