KISHTWAR: A meeting of all SBDUs and BHDs members was convened today by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Pawan Kotwal in his office chamber to review the preparedness for Mission Yuva in the District.
The ADC briefed the stakeholders on the detailed rollout strategy for the campaign, which aims to engage youth across all panchayats.
He stressed the importance of interdepartmental coordination and directed that awareness camps be conducted at the panchayat level in collaboration with Yuva Doots and the District Employment & Counselling Centre.
The ADC instructed all BHD nodal officers (Sub-Divisional Magistrates – SDMs) to monitor the campaign’s implementation and track application statuses in their jurisdictions through the Mission Yuva online portal. He also urged all SBDU and BHD members to regularly review progress in their respective areas via the portal.
Further, the ADC directed the AD Employment, FM DIC, concerned banks, and the DNO JKEDI to ensure that Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for applicants are prepared free of cost using AI-enabled tools available on the Mission Yuva App and Web Portal.
In conclusion, he directed the AD Employment Kishtwar to submit daily progress reports to his office to facilitate real-time monitoring and ensure the smooth execution of Mission Yuva across the district.
The meeting was attended by LDM Harsh Rawal, Functional Manager DIC, EO Vinod Shanti besides other concerned staff.
