Srinagar: A 16-year-old youth was on Sunday killed when a wall collapsed in north Kashmir district of Bandipora.
Official sources said that a youth, identified as Hilal Ahmad, was playing with his mobile phone while sitting next to a wall when it collapsed in village Pazalpora in Bandipora on Sunday. “Hilal was critically injured in the incident,” they said.
They said the injured was immediately taken to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead. “After completing all the legal and medical formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites,” they added.
